At Neo Orthodontics our mission is to provide you with high quality orthodontic care. We appreciate that investing in your new smile is an important decision. That is why we have made a commitment to offering affordable orthodontic treatment. This includes providing a range of affordable payment plans, including 0% interest-free financing*.
Before commencing treatment all patients receive a treatment plan and quotation with no hidden costs. A full clinical assessment with a specialist Orthodontist costs £90/£130 which is deducted from the overall cost when treatment is taken up. All treatment is undertaken on a private patient basis only; no NHS treatment is available in the practice.

Our fees include

Comprehensive cost of all orthodontic treatment

All radiographs, reference models and clinical photographs during treatment

All necessary appliances and retainers, whether fixed or removable

Instruction in appliance care, oral hygiene and dietary advice

One free Vitis aftercare kit (usual RRP £25)

All adjustments to the appliances and professional care

Supervision of retention for up to 18 months after the appliances have been removed

Any unforeseen additional visits should the need arise

The repair of broken or damaged appliances

Technical laboratory costs and shipping/courier charges

All correspondence and telephone calls

Work carried out by another dental practitioner

Supervision of retainers beyond 18 months (subsequent retainer appointments are £40)

The replacement of lost or irreparably damaged removable appliances/retainers (£80 per appliance)

The time wasted by appointments missed without prior cancellation

Here at Neo Orthodontics, we understand that orthodontic treatment is an investment – both of time and money. But we don’t want any of our patients to miss out on the smile they’ve always dreamed about because they can’t afford it. That is why we hope our interest-free finance options can help.
Finance options
When you come in for your free consultation, our treatment coordinator can speak with you about the finance option and payment plans we have available. By getting an understanding of the type of investment you would like to make, we can tailor a finance plan that suits your requirements.
Payment details
Fees are paid in-house with an initial deposit at the beginning of treatment followed by interest-free monthly payments over the course of one year. If, however, you prefer to extend this payback period, we do also offer an interest-charging finance plan with a third party credit company.
